12:40 p.m. – 200 block Market Dr., David Carter, 28, of Hamilton Ave. in Lorain, charged with theft of 10 videos worth $300.
2:14 p.m. – 400 block Sixth St., mother reports 14-year-old son missing; the teen eventually returns.
9:20 p.m. —700 block Middle Ave., Stephen Boskovitch, 27, of North Ridgeville, charged with receiving stolen property, driving under suspension and expired plates.
1:30 p.m. – 100 block Portia Ct., Gwendolyn Leslie, 34, of Elyria, arrested on a warrant.

8:10 p.m. – 400 block Oaknoll Dr., Amherst Township, criminal damaging report someone drove an all-terrain vehicle through yards.
Wednesday, Jan. 16
1400 block East Ave., Carlisle Township, 14-year-old boy warned along with other youth in the past about shoplifting cited to Lorain County Juvenile Court on charges he tried to steal $4.18 in candy and drinks.

8:25 p.m. – Oberlin-Elyria Road near West Ridge and Hale roads in Carlisle Township, Deborah Christian, 40, of Lorain, charged with speeding.
8:45 p.m. — Oberlin-Elyria Road near West Ridge and Hale roads in Carlisle Township, Jonathan Fenn, 37, of Elyria, charged with speeding.
9:47 p.m. – Lake Avenue and Griswold Road, Elyria Township, Kenneth A. Harris, 44, of Elyria, charged with driving under suspension.

12:12 a.m. – West Ridge and Dellefield Road in Elyria Township, Philip Evans, 30, of Lorain, charged with driving under suspension and driving without a brake light.

Friday, Jan. 18
2 p.m. – 2200 block W. 23rd Street, police find a labrador-mix dog and her eight pups without food in an apartment and turn the animals over to the Animal Protective League. The landlord told police he found the dogs while trying to serve an eviction notice on a former tenant.
Saturday, Jan. 19
10:55 a.m. – 900 block E. 35th St., window broken on a car and an antennae bent on another vehicle.
12:37 p.m. – 1200 block Tower Blvd., woman reports medicine is missing.
1 p.m. – 5000 block Oakhill Blvd., someone sets a fire in landscaping in a house for sale and a door is found open.
