He was charged and taken to the station, where he refused to submit a breath sample. His driver’s license was suspended as a result.
He was released on a personal bond and is due in Rocky River Municipal Court at 9 a.m. today.
If convicted of the offense, he could receive a license suspension of one to five years for refusing to give a breath sample because he has a prior conviction, Turner said.

I remember watching him play for the original Cardiac kids. I am deeply saddened to hear that he got his 2nd OVI in 7 months. I think that it is bs that people can get away with so many OVI’s. People need to GROW UP and STOP DRINKING AND DRIVING …enough lives are lost each year due to cancer and other “natural” deaths. Like every other person who has a drinking problem he will just get a slap on the hand and he will be on his merry way.

Just to let u know “confused” Hanford was not an orginal Kardiac Kid. His career started in 1981 the Kardiac year was 1980.He did start the Dawg Pound in 86 and was named “Top Dawg”
