Elaine and Dwight Holt
Elaine (Stanton) and Dwight Holt will celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary on June 15, 2008!
The couple were married at Dowling Methodist Church, Dowling, Michigan by Rev. Howard Fuller in 1958. They moved to Wellington in 1958.
Elaine retired from Allen Memorial Hospital in 1998, after 35 years in Physical Therapy. She is an active member of Wellington U.C.C. Church. She enjoys quilting, traveling, genealogy and being a grandmother.
Dwight formerly owned and managed Kipton Hatchery. He is presently a farmer. He is an active member of Wellington U.C.C. Church. He enjoys traveling and genealogy.
Both are members of Lorain County Farm Bureau and Wellington Genealogy Group. They have three children, Karen Holt of Alexandria, Michael (Andrea) Holt of Vienna, Virginia, and David (Ardis Edmondson-Holt) Holt of Worthington.
Their children and grandchildren will host a casual buffet reception Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Camden Township Hall, Rt. 303 & 511, Wellington from 1:30 to 4:30 P.M. Instead of gifts, the family requests donations of canned food or non-perishable items for the local food bank.
