Corrections for Nov. 19, 2009
In a story Nov. 14, The Associated Press reported that lethal injection is used by Ohio and 35 other states. The story should have made clear that one of the states, Nebraska, is switching from electrocution to injection and that its proposal to use a three-drug method still must be approved.
Corrections for Nov. 17, 2009
A story about a reunion of the thespians at Elyria High School in Sunday’s paper incorrectly identified a retired teacher who returned from Las Vegas to attend the celebration. His name is Gene Dulmage.
The property transfer list that appeared in Sunday’s paper was incorrect. The correct transfers will appear next Sunday.
Correction for Nov. 15, 2009
• Lorain County Common Pleas Judge James Burge ruled that Ohio’s lethal injection method is unconstitutional in June 2008. A headline in Saturday’s Chronicle had the wrong year.
CORRECTIONS: Nov. 14, 2009
A photo Friday on Page B2 that pictured those honored for the collaboration between the Elyria Public Library for its North Branch and Lorain County Community College for the Barbara and Mike Bass Library Community Resource Center was cut short — omitting Keith Washburn, director of LCCC’s library.

Mary Addi wrote in a letter asking for leniency for Matthew Plas that Plas’ paternal grandfather attacked her mother. The information was incorrect in a story Thursday.

A list of election results published Tuesday transposed the results and the parties of the candidates in the Amherst treasurer’s race. The race was won by Democrat Mark S. Hullman, who collected 2,159 votes, according to unofficial election returns. His opponent, Republican Linda I. Hale, had 1,594 votes.
