The Lorain County General Health District's Vital Statistics Office houses the birth and death records beginning in 1908 to the present.  Certificates of births and deaths occurring in all of Lorain County, except for the city of Lorain, are available at the health district.

Theodore C. Schultz

Theodore C. Schultz, 72 of North Ridgeville, died June 4, 2007 at Northridge Health Center, North Ridgeville. He was born September 21, 1934 in Cameron, WI and has lived most of his life in the Lorain County area.
He worked at General Motors Assembly Plant in both Elyria and Mansfield as a tow motor operator and lineman for 32 years. He had also worked as a shipbuilder in Cleveland for many years. After retirement, he worked as groundskeeper for Westwood Country Club golf course. He enjoyed bowling and playing golf. He was a member of the Elyria Elks Club and Elyria Moose Lodge.
He is survived by wife of 23 years, Barbara (nee Hales) of North Ridgeville; daughter, Lisa Schultz of TX; stepdaughters, Debi Fahrney of Elyria, Pamela Harder of Elyria; stepsons, Richard Fahrney and Larry True, both of Nashville, TN. Also surviving are one grandson, nine step grandchildren and two step great-granddaughters.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 8 P.M. in the Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria where the funeral will be at Friday at 10:30 A.M. Pastor Henry Baum of Grace Lutheran Church, Elyria will officiate, and burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
