Irena Conley

Irena Conley (nee Wolfe), age 86 of Elyria, died June 21, 2007 at Life Care Center of Elyria.
She was born October 21, 1920 in Smithville, WV and was a graduate of Calhoun High School in Grantsville, WV. She attended Mountain State Busi-ness College in Parkersburg, WV, moving to Elyria in 1953.
She had been a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader and had been active in Elyria Schools PTA.  She enjoyed attending the Silver Saints and Jolly Sixties.
Irena is survived by a son, Charles E. Conley of Elyria; a daughter, Mae E. Middleton of Westerville, OH; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Edna Mann of Stone Mountain GA and a brother; Clifford Wolfe of Hixson, TN.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph R. Conley, Sr. in 1975 and a son, Ralph R. Conley, Jr. in 2004.
Visitation will be Monday 5 to 8 P.M. at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria, OH. A funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home. Pastor Charles Keesee of Midway Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in King Knob Cemetery, Mahone, WV.
