Anna Bungard (nee Gottschling), 82, of Elyria, died on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at Harborside Health Care in Perrysburg, following a long illness. Mrs. Bungard was born on September 1, 1924 in Lorain, and made her home in Elyria for most of her life.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Elyria. Mrs. Bungard enjoyed the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
She is survived by son, Edward Bungard of Elyria; daughters, Barbara Tucker of Perrysburg and Stephanie Taylor of Virginia Beach, VA; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Frieda Hutchins of Elyria; and brothers, Walter Gottschling of Elyria, and Edward Gottschling of NM.
Mrs. Bungard was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Bungard in 1993; a brother, Carl Gottschling; a sister, Margaret Grundy; and her parents, Stephen and Sara (nee Seiler) Gottschling.
Friends will be received at the Reichlin Roberts Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland St., Elyria, on Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of services in the funeral home at 11 A.M.  The Rev. Roger Talbott, Senior Pastor of the First United Methodist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Ridgehill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
