Robert Clyde Blazer

Robert Clyde Blazer of Pittsfield Twp. passed away June 25, 2007 after a brief illness.
He was born in Lorain and served for 6 years in the U.S. Navy during and after WWII.  Following the war, he worked as an engineering inspector for James Montgomery Co. throughout the South Pacific region and was the sewer inspector for the city of Saigon during the Viet Nam War.
He retired to Boise, ID in 1976 and returned to Ohio
following the death of his wife, Joan (nee Plummer) in 1993.
Blazer was a lifelong shooting and aviation enthusiast.
He is survived by his sister, Shirley Best of W. Columbia, SC; nieces, Carol Schaefer and Linda Hartman; and nephew, Alan Pachinger of Oberlin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Orvie and Mary Femma Blazer; and sister, Arvena Pachinger.
Military internment services will be conducted at the Camden Cemetery. Arrangements by Malloy Memorial & Crematory.
