The Lorain County General Health District's Vital Statistics Office houses the birth and death records beginning in 1908 to the present. Certificates of births and deaths occurring in all of Lorain County, except for the city of Lorain, are available at the health district.

Jacqueline Ann Weber, 60, of Grafton passed away Monday, July 30, 2007 in Community Health Partners in Lorain after a long illness. She was born Saturday, September 28, 1946 in Elyria and lived in the Grafton/Elyria area all her life.
She was a graduate of Midview High School, and the Elyria Practical School of Nursing and served as an LPN at Elyria Memorial Hospital for many years until her retirement.
She enjoyed camping at Terrace Lakes in Sullivan, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Richard; daughter, Melissa Vartorella of Milan; sons, Duane Stonestreet of Elyria, Scott Stonestreet of Elyria, and David Weber of Elyria; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Susan Ice of North Ridgeville, Sharon Wells of Grafton, Kelly Meyers of Grafton; and brother, Timothy Powell of Queens Creek, AZ.
She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Stonestreet; brother, Jim Powell; and parents, Robert Jackson Powell and Mildred Powell.
Friends may call at the Blackburn-Duke Funeral Home, 1021 Main St., Grafton on Friday, August 3, 2007 from Noon until services at 4 P.M. Rev. Rick Keesee of the Midway Baptist Church will officiate.
