Man injured in fall from cliff

SHEFFIELD LAKE —A man was transported to EMH Regional Medical Center on Thursday night after falling off a cliff near Cove Beach Avenue in Sheffield Lake.
The unidentified man, who fell around 8:30 p.m., was “pretty banged up” according to Sheffield Lake police, however his identity, and the circumstances surrounding the incident were unavailable at press time Thursday.
His condition also was unavailable.
