8 a.m. – 800 block N. Abbe Road, two women’s purses found in park.
9 a.m. – 100 block Hazel St., woman’s ex-boyfriend stole her car.
12:04 p.m. – 400 block Midway Mall Blvd., woman reported she was scammed out of money.
12:07 p.m. – 800 block Leona St., 2003 Nissan Altima stolen.
1:15 p.m. – 100 block Riverside Court, man assaulted another man.
4 p.m. – 1900 block Middle Ave., house shot with paintballs.

Saturday, Aug. 18
1:30 a.m. – 900 block Lake Ave., 17-year-old male, tampering with evidence, breaking and entering, obstructing official business; 14-year-old male, breaking and entering, obstructing official business. 
2:10 a.m. – 200 block Fairlawn Ave., Alex Vrona, 19, of Grafton, charged with tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and cocaine.
2:30 a.m. – 300 block Broad St., Michael Reisinger, 23, and Matthew Miller, 22, both of Elyria, charged with assault.

4:43 p.m. – 1400 block East Ave., Convenient Food Mart, suspect stole 10 milk crates.
5:16 p.m. – 5200 block Frankford Ave., Joshua Scheuvront, 28, of Vermilion, charged with driving under suspension and no turn signal.

Friday, Aug. 17
2:01 a.m. – Loperwood Lane, deputies assisted LaGrange police in searching vehicle; .40-caliber handgun and small amount of marijuana found in vehicle.
2:34 p.m. – 6000 block Elyria Ae., Justice Auto Sales, potential customer test drove a vehicle and never returned.

Saturday, Aug. 18
1:52 a.m. – 200 block Rosewood Ave., one person smacked another in the face.
1:57 a.m. – 41000 block North Ridge Road, Rachel Page, 30, of Lorain, charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
3:52 a.m. – Elyria Avenue, Joseph Hunt, 34, of Lorain, charged with unsafe vehicle, loud muffler, driving under suspension, speeding.

12:21 p.m. – 2800 block Toledo Ave., worker found woman’s check stub, medication and personal papers in trash.
3:19 p.m. – 1200 block W. 27th St., resident found a loaded .32.-caliber handgun lying in the street.
7:38 p.m. – 900 block N. Central Drive, juvenile smashed out apartment window.
8:05 p.m. – 1600 block Maple Drive, woman threatened to shoot another woman.
8:56 p.m. – 1500 block E. 29th St., Jeremy Noble, 19, of Lorain, charged with domestic violence, obstructing official business, resisting arrest.
10:16 p.m. – 1800 block Cooper Foster Park Road, David Dellinger, 45, of Lorain, charged with domestic violence and felonious assault.

1 a.m. – 2300 block Lexington Ave., Nathaniel Chandler, 25, of Lorain, charged with domestic violence.
1:05 a.m. – East 35th Street, woman’s ex-boyfriend rammed her head into a wall and assaulted her. 
1:42 a.m. – West 23rd Street, Terry Hicks, 49, of Amherst, possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, stop sign violation.
2:15 a.m. – 3600 block Pearl Ave., Ray’s Memory Lane, patrons fighting over pool table.
