The Lorain County General Health District's Vital Statistics Office houses the birth and death records beginning in 1908 to the present. Certificates of births and deaths occurring in all of Lorain County, except for the city of Lorain, are available at the health district.

Tricia Lynn Finley, 35, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2007 at her home, following a long illness.
Tricia loved crafts, decorating, gardening and photography. She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church, Maryland.
She was the beloved wife of Jimmy Finley; dearest mother of Courtney Hilaszek (Ross), Logan Finley and Garrett Finley; daughter of Sherry L. Anders and Roger W. Ervin; granddaughter of Mary Anders; sister of Roger Carson and Tara Reynolds; step-sister of Dawn, Tommy and Pam Rodano; aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Sunday, August 19, 2007 and Monday, August 20, 2007 at Jenkins Funeral Chapel, 2914 Dover Center Rd., Westlake, where funeral services will be Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Westlake.
