Jack P. Holland  II, 45, of West Salem, died Aug. 21, 2007, at Lodi Community Hospital.

He was born Sept. 11, 1961 in Chattahoochee County, Ga., the son of Jack & Jean (Tyrell) Holland I.

He had been employed for the State Highway Patrol for 20 years. He was a past member of the Blue Knights Chapter XIII.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Jagusch (Sheridan) Holland; children, Sabrina, Alexis and John all at home; mother, Jean Holland of Columbus; father, Jack (Carol) Holland I of Columbus; brothers, Lenny Holland of Marysville and James Holland of Columbus; and sister, Lisa (Matt) Kaufenburger of Cincinnati and a halfbrother.

Visitation will be Friday, August 24, 2007, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 10 a.m. at Cloverleaf Middle School Gym, with the Rev. Christopher Cahill officiating.
