KEY TO SEASON: The Comets have four of last year’s top seven coming back. Last year, Lowry was third in the SWC, sixth at districts and 51st at regionals. He was also an SWC champ in track and took sixth at regionals in the 3,200 with a 9:41.5 personal best. Haglund was 12th at the SWC meet, 10th at districts and 33rd at regionals. He was third in the SWC for track in the 1,600 and placed fifth at districts with a PR of 4:36.06. Kildow and Harroff were the Nos. 6 and 7 runners last year with PRs of 17:59 and 18:04, respectively.
