Robert Andrew "Bo" Miller, 28, a resident of Amherst, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2007 at Lakewood Hospital following a several-month illness. He was born August 1, 1979 in Amherst where he was raised.

He attended and graduated from Elyria High School with the Class of 2001.

He lived in Elyria until 2002 and Amherst had been his home since 2007.

Robert was a member of Calvary Community Church in Bay Village.  He was active with the Murray Ridge Workshop.

He loved going to Wal-Mart, going on drives, watching TV, and spending time with his Springer Spaniel dog named "Bo."

Survivors include his father, Robert Blake Miller of Amherst; his sister, Miranda Miller of Westlake; his aunt, Mary Jones of PA; his uncles, Andrew Miller of PA, and Herb Miller of Vermilion.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Marie Miller (nee Horvath) on July 15, 2007.

Friends may call Sunday, September 9, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Hempel Funeral Home, 373 Cleveland Ave., Amherst, where Funeral services will be held Monday, September 10, 2007 at 11 A.M. Rev. Tom Brown, pastor of Calvary Community Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Murray Ridge Workshop, 1091 Infirmary Rd., Elyria, OH 44035.
