ELYRIA — There’s another GetGo gas station — you know, that place where you can get gasoline cheap after shopping at Giant Eagle — nearby.
The former Clark gas station at 209 E. Bridge St. recently converted to a GetGo station, and it will honor the grocery chain’s Fuelperks program, Giant Eagle spokeswoman Kimberly Pupillo said.
The station is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week and there are six pumps at the 400-square-foot site.
Under the Fuelperks program, you get a 10 cent discount per gallon of gas for every $50 spent with the Giant Eagle Advantage Card at Giant Eagle supermarkets.
Customer savings can be accumulated up to the price of a free tank of gas, and any Fuelperks savings not used remain on the advantage card for future use for a set period of time.
Lorain County’s other GetGo locations are at 2223 Kresge Drive in Amherst and 4660 Abbe Road in Sheffield
