Sheryl Price (nee Alpater), 46, of Wakeman, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2007 at her residence following a lengthy illness.

She was born November 30, 1960 in Lorain and had resided there most of her life.  Mrs. Price worked as a machinist for General Plug in Grafton.  She enjoyed shooting darts and playing pool.

She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Paul K. Price; daughters, Danielle Nicole Alpater of Spencer, Cheyenne Nicole Price of Wakeman; step-son, Todd Price of Johnstown, PA; step-daughter, Justine Nicole Price of Amherst; brother, Richard Alpater of Elyria; sister, Cindy Perkovich of Sheffield Lake; half-sister, Vicky Nix of Louisville, KY; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thurman Alpater and Ann Mae Dudukovich (nee Carter); and step-father, Michael Dudukovich.

Friends may call  Tuesday, October 2, 2007 from 5 to 7 P.M. at the Wyers Funeral Chapel, 2900 North Ridge Road, Sheffield Township, where services will be held at 7 PM. Sr. Patricia Adams, Chaplain of New Life Hospice will officiate.
