7:21 a.m. – 300 block Leavitt Road. Cement mixer vandalized by someone putting sand in gas tank.

12:30 a.m. – 700 block Leavitt Road. Motel 6 Christopher A. Barth, 28, Lorain, driving under suspension.
1:07 a.m. – State Route 2. Todd S. Fern, 27, Amherst, reckless operation, driving under suspension, obstructing official business and license plate light violation.

Thursday, Sept. 13
4:49 p.m. – Vermilion Police Department. Anthony C. Diaz, 23, Vermilion, arrested on warrant charging operating vehicle intoxicated and failure to control.

Friday, Sept. 14
8:33 p.m. – 400 block Washington Street. 15-year-old Lorain boy cited for disorderly conduct persisting and unruly juvenile.

Saturday, Sept. 15
8:03 a.m. – 1900 block Cooper Foster Park Road. Two lawn mowers reported stolen from business.

Wednesday, Sept. 19
9:14 a.m. – 2200 block Kresge Drive. Blossom Morgan, 33, Lorain, theft.
2:22 p.m. – North Leavitt Road. Crystal S. Maes, 21, Lorain served warrant for theft out of Oberlin Municipal Court.

Saturday, Sept. 22
1:23 p.m. – 600 block Greenlawn Drive. 17-year-old Amherst boy cited for domestic violence, aggravated menacing and carrying concealed weapon.
