Thelma L. Gregorski, 65, of Strongsville, went to heaven to live in peace with God, who always watched over her and her family. She was our angel. She cared for all of the living, and enjoyed spending time taking care of the birds and animals. She loved holidays and football, but most of all loved being with her family. She fought a long and courageous battle with rheumatoid arthritis and enjoyed every day of her life to the fullest despite her circumstances. She always had a smile and kind word for everyone.
Thelma was the mother of eight and raised them on her own. Her patience, kindness and desire for life touched everyone she met. She was a hero and saint to all of those who knew her. Her spirit will live in all of us.
She was the loving mother of daughters, Katherine Pennell, Charlene (Jason) Schraibman, and Jamie Gregorski; sons, Kevin (Tracey), Kenneth (Sema), Keith (Lisa), Thomas and James Gregorski; beloved grandmother of eight; dear sister of Irene Morris; and aunt of Rick and Greg.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Vernell Barton.
She will be terribly missed by her family and friends. She will be watching over us always.
A Celebration of her Life will be held from 2 to 7 P.M. Sunday, October 7, 2007, (with a Prayer Service being at 2 P.M.) at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Audubon Society in her name.
