4 p.m. – 1100 block E. Broad St., Doniel Mitchell, 31, Elyria, warrant arrest.

2:23 p.m. – 400 block Wesley Ave., tires were slashed.
4:30 p.m. – 800 block Sherwood Drive, lost cell phone.

2:07 a.m. – 500 block Broad St., Demond Thompson, 28, Elyria, charged with resisting arrest, assault, and contempt of court. Tamika Fluker, 31, Elyria, charged with obstructing official business.
8:20 a.m. — 8400 block Murray Ridge Road, unknown vehicle drove on lawn and knocked down mailbox, flag pole and small tree.
8:58 a.m. — Lowell Street Café, unknown vehicle drove over lawn and struck restaurant sign.
1:30 p.m. — Wal-Mart, Pedro Ramirez, 28, Lorain, charged with theft of 15-inch LCD TV.
4:31 p.m. — First block West Ave., 17-year-old girl charged with domestic violence.

11 a.m. – Whittier Middle School, a 13-year-old boy was cited for menacing and unruly child.
11:10 a.m. – 4700 block Meister Road, Kenneth J. Fox Sr., charged with disturbing the peace.
12 p.m. – 2400 block Broadway, counterfeit check.
3:15 p.m. – Reid Avenue, two 16-year-olds fought over their four-month-old child.
3:59 p.m. – 1800 block E. 32nd St., a 16-year-old boy was cited for underage tobacco use.
5:20 p.m. – 400 block W. 21st St., menacing about a business agreement.
9:20 p.m. – 2000 block Stonepath Drive, a refund check was reported stolen.
10:35 p.m. – 2300 Pole Ave., Jennifer M. Mcie, 28, Lorain, charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing official business and disturbing the peace.

12:53 a.m. – 1500 block Broadway, five gunshots were fired.
1:01 a.m. – Burger King, 2200 block Leavitt Road, telecommunications harassment.
4:45 a.m. – 5000 block W. Erie Ave., Paul D. Jones, 24, Cleveland, charged with domestic violence.
5 a.m. – 3000 block Reeves Ave., a PlayStation and 30 games, two cell phones, two rings, and a watch were stolen and cabinet doors were taken off their hinges.
9:54 a.m. – 500 block E. 28th St., passenger side tires were slashed.
