Rose Diosy, 86, of Wadsworth passed away Thursday, October 18, 2007 in Wadsworth Pointe Nursing Home after a long illness.
She was born Tuesday, October 4, 1921 in West Virginia, and lived in Elyria and Litchfield most of her life.
She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Grafton for many years. Mrs. Diosy was a homemaker who enjoyed bingo, watching game shows on T.V., and caring for her family home.
She is survived by sons, Larry Diosy of Wadsworth and Gary Diosy of Stem, North Carolina; daughter, Gayle Addington of Medina; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Elise Garber of Elyria; and a brother, Bill Homoki of Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James; son, David; and brother, John.
Friends may call at the Blackburn-Duke Funeral Home, 1021 Main St., Grafton, Sunday, October 21, 2007 from 6 to 9 P.M. Funeral Services will be Monday, October 22, 2007 in the funeral home at 10 A.M. with Father John Seabold, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Grafton.
