Terri J. Booth (nee Dennis), 53, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 21, 2007. Terri was born in Cleveland, on October 21, 1954.
She was a 1973 graduate of North Ridgeville High School and a graduate of St. Joseph School of Nursing.
She was a beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother. Terri is survived by her husband, Tom Booth; children, Jessica Shultzaberger (Elyria), Matthew Shultzaberger (Lakewood), Heather Smart (Cleveland), Jonathan Smart (North Olmsted) and Chasity Smart (Louisville); stepchildren, David Booth (Louisville) and Valerie Booth (Louisville); brothers, Donald Dennis (Elyria), David Dennis (Parma), Frank Dennis (North Ridgeville) and Mike Dennis (North Ridgeville); and six grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Donald and Rose Dennis.
A Memorial Service will be conducted by Rev. Alana Kelley, Saturday, October 27, 2007, at 3 P.M. at the Magyar United Church of Christ, 6119 West River Rd. South, Elyria.
