Police release security video from robbery

LORAIN – Security camera footage released by police Tuesday shows a masked man wanted for Monday`s late-night robbery at Don`s Marathon, 3003 Colorado Ave.

The man forced the clerk to hand over $565, then ran north on Euclid Avenue, according to a Lorain police report.

Police said in a second report that a man walking Tuesday on Euclid Avenue found a small, plastic toy gun under a bush.

The fake weapon was spray-painted black and may have been the one used at Don`s Marathon, the report said.
