3:10 p.m. – 3700 block Oberlin Ave., Ralph C. Mettler, 64, Lorain, charged with operating vehicle intoxicated, driving under suspension and failure to control.

1:02 a.m. – 1700 block Cooper Foster Park Road, Luis Morales Jr. 29, Lorain, charged with domestic violence.
3:27 a.m. – 200 block Indiana Ave., Robert L. Durham, 35, Lorain, charged with domestic violence.
3:51 a.m. – 300 block W. 13th St., front bedroom window reportedly shattered. No suspects.

3:41 a.m. – 5100 block Liberty Ave., Sheffield Township, 1992 Honda Civic reported entered and car stereo and audio equipment reported stolen.

Wednesday, Nov. 28
4:12 p.m. – 8000 block Oberlin Road, Amherst Township. Residence entered and jewelry and $120 in cash reported stolen.

Thursday, Nov. 29
11:51 a.m. – 38000 block West Capel Road, Eaton Township. 16-year-old boy charged with assault after incident at Midview High School.

Friday, Nov. 30
1:45 a.m. – Mark Dalton II, 21, Brownhelm Township, charged with failure to reinstate and marked lanes.
2:15 a.m. – Elyria Avenue, Sheffield Township. Michael O. Duffield, 18, Lorain, charged with driving under suspension, no seat belt and no license plate light.
4:21 p.m. – 1000 block Westwood Ave., Columbia Township. Victim reports identity theft by someone using personal information to open Cingular account.

8:50 a.m. – 100 block Eastern Heights Blvd., purse reported stolen from vehicle parked overnight.
9:35 a.m. – Brunswick and Chadwick drives, bank card reported stolen from vehicle while parked overnight.
9:50 a.m. – 100 block East River St., CDs valued at $400 reported stolen from vehicle.
2:30 p.m. – 1100 block West Ave., 16-year-old girl arrested for domestic violence.
2:55 p.m. – Second Street and Middle Avenue, Michael D. Owens, 18, Elyria, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, Dec. 2
3:13 a.m. – 300 block Broad St., Larry C. Williams, 68, Amherst, arrested on warrant from a Pennsylvania police department charging failure to appear on original charge of disorderly conduct.
