1:45 p.m. – 1800 block Crehore St., a woman surrendered a German shepherd that was neglected.
9:30 p.m. – 800 block Lakeview Drive, broken window.
Tuesday, Dec. 4
2:16 a.m. – Shell gas station, Tower Boulevard, security tapes show a man breaking into the station and stealing seven cartons of cigarettes.
7 a.m. – 1500 block Herbert Drive, DVDs and clothing stolen.
1:19 p.m. – 1000 block W. Erie Ave., a woman`s purse containing $300 taken.
2:16 p.m. – 1700 block E. 29th St., license plate stolen.
8:29 p.m. – 6300 block Oak Tree Drive, police searched for a possibly suicidal man armed with two shotguns.
8:52 p.m. – 2100 block Larkmoor St., a man received a phone call from woman who said, “I am gonna cap your house up.”
9:22 p.m. – 4700 block Oakhill Blvd., smashed window.
10:07 p.m. – 3700 block Grove Ave., James Mauricio, 20, and Matthew Garza, 19, both of Lorain, charged with criminal mischief.
11:13 p.m. – 1500 block Washington Ave., a woman said her boyfriend pulled her down a flight of steps by her hair.
11:45 p.m. – 5300 block Leavitt Road, smashed car window.

8:30 a.m. – 6100 block Gateway Blvd., a 17-year-old girl was reported missing.
1:11 p.m. – 7700 block West River Road, while attempting to serve a warrant, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force found a sawed-off shotgun.
1:26 p.m. – 1500 block Lake Ave., a 12-year-old boy was cited with two counts of menacing. He also had a warrant for assault.
2:35 p.m. – 200 block Broad St., laptop stolen from vehicle.
3:25 p.m. – 100 block Fairlawn Ave., Jessie Markel, 21, Elyria, charged with domestic violence.
3:30 p.m. – 100 block Homer St., Michael P. Burns, 40, Elyria, warrant arrest.
4:58 p.m. – 200 block Wolf Court, aluminum equipment racks worth $2,000 were stolen.
5:55 p.m. – 2400 block West River Road, Jonathan Montgomery, 23, Elyria, charged with domestic violence.
6:10 p.m. – 9800 block Murray Ridge Road, David Slone, 37, Oberlin, contempt of court warrant.
7 p.m. – Regis Hair Salon, Midway Mall, stolen purse.
7:30 p.m. – Macy`s, Midway Mall, Tina Sayers, 37, Elyria, charged with theft.
