Accused teen shooter pleads not guilty
The son of a
Daniel Petric, 16, is charged with aggravated murder, murder, attempted aggravated murder, attempted murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence, charges that could send him to prison for the rest of his life if convicted.
He appeared via video arraignment from the county jail.
Daniel is accused of shooting his mom, 43-year-old Sue Petric and dad, 45-year-old Mark Petric, on Oct. 20 as they sat down to watch a baseball game at their
