The Lorain County General Health District's Vital Statistics Office houses the birth and death records beginning in 1908 to the present. Certificates of births and deaths occurring in all of Lorain County, except for the city of Lorain, are available at the health district.

Dennis J. Toth, 76, of
He is survived by his children, Dennis E., Linda Miller, Joseph (wife Cynthia) and Lori Hammond (husband Rick). He was the loving grandfather of Jason, Jesse, Anthony, Jacqueline, Angie, Dennis C., Ricky and Tim; and also a great-grandfather of ten.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Helen (in 2004).
