10 p.m. – South Center St., 17-year-old male charged with underage possession of tobacco products and speeding.
Thursday, Jan .10
12:20 p.m. – South Center St., David Metz, 55, of Wellington, charged with driving under suspension.
Sunday, Jan. 13
12:10 p.m. – 200 block Pleasant St., band playing loud music in the basement of a house was bothering a neighbor. Band members were asked to keep it down.

Wednesday, Jan. 9
6:58 p.m. – Main Street, Unicorn Restaurant parking lot, woman reported that a man and woman were arguing in the parking lot and she was afraid it would turn into something more. Officers arrived and learned it was a husband yelling at his wife to turn the wheel of the vehicle because the vehicle was stuck. Officers requested assistance to help the couple get their vehicle free.
Monday, Jan. 14
3:10 p.m. – 1000 block Wallace St., man reported that construction crew next door dug up his lawn with their equipment.
4:03 p.m. – 800 block Mechanic St., man reported that construction crews working in Timber Ridge keep driving through his yard.
