4:25 p.m. – 1500 block West River Road, truck window smashed with a concrete brick, iPod stolen.
7:02 p.m. – 800 block East Ave., a woman said a man kicked in the door of her apartment and started fighting with her AA sponsor.
9:45 p.m. – 100 block Ridge Circle, a woman said a man had a gun near her two children.

12:59 a.m. – 500 block Walnut St., Darryl Cannon, 42, Elyria, charged with aggravated burglary and assault.
4 a.m. – 700 block Lowell St., five propane tanks stolen.
10:30 a.m. – 1700 block Gulf Road, Brian Bendik, 30, Elyria, warrant.
11:50 a.m. – 600 block Broad St., Joseph Higginbotham, 22, Elyria, bench warrant.
12:30 p.m. – Convenient Food Mart, East River Street, Anthony Allgood, 49, Elyria, charged with theft.
9:23 p.m. – Steve and Barry’s, Midway Mall, Odaliz Silva, 20, Lorain, charged with theft and obstructing official business.

3 a.m. – East Avenue and Eighth Street, Karis D. Hampton, 29, Elyria, charged with obstructing official business.
5:38 a.m. – 1700 block Douglas Ave., a woman said she was assaulted.
10 a.m. – Rug Doctor, Midway Boulevard, stolen carpet cleaner.
4:36 p.m. – 1800 block Middle Ave., Cynthia Brundidge, 46, Elyria, and Robert Stacy, 62, Elyria, felony contempt warrants.
5:25 p.m. – Gulf and Ford roads, Angela J. Williams, 44, Lorain, warrant.
9:45 p.m. – 400 block E. Broad St., Christian Morrow, 37, Elyria, charged with domestic violence.

Saturday, Jan. 26
2:55 a.m. – Broad Street and Lake Avenue, Lorne Odell, 24, Elyria, charged with carrying concealed weapons, having weapons under disability and improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle. Police stopped his car going the wrong way on a one-way street and found a loaded .38-caliber handgun under a seat.

12:30 p.m. – 800 block Oberlin Ave., breaking and entering.
2:22 p.m. – 3000 block Broadway, a woman said her husband punched her in the head and has threatened to kill her.
3:01 p.m. – 1900 block E. 29th St., $800 stolen from a purse.
4:06 p.m. – 3400 block Dallas Ave., stolen Nintendo 64, laptop computers, cell phone and DVD player.
4:17 p.m. – Southshore Dredge and Dock, Broadway, Alexander Hurt, 60, Lorain, charged with vandalism, possessing criminal tools, criminal trespass and breaking and entering.
10:31 p.m. – 300 block W. 30th St., a woman said her boyfriend threw her to the ground, left the house, then called her phone and told her he would cut their baby out of her stomach.
11:31 p.m. – 100 block E. 34th St., stolen video games and credit cards.

Friday, Jan. 25
8:34 a.m. – 1100 block W. 22nd St., a man said his longtime girlfriend kicked him in the head.
10 a.m. – 3000 block Meister Road, stolen prescription painkillers.
3:42 p.m. – 2200 block W. 41st St., a woman said her stepson had sex with her underage daughter.
4:30 p.m. – 500 block Washington Ave., burglary.
4:30 p.m. – 400 block W. 21st St., PSP stolen from house.

11:24 a.m. – 200 block Westwood Mobile Home Park, Amherst Township, aggravated menacing.

Friday, Jan. 25
10:14 p.m. – 45500 block Russia Road, New Russia Township, Michele Straka, 26, Lorain, charged with endangering children. Deputies say she drove her car up and down her driveway while drinking. Her 7-year-old son was in the car when she crashed into a garage.
