Lorain police officer facing foreclosure
Paperwork filed Tuesday in county Common Pleas Court shows the Earls owe $232,716.48 on the home, plus $8,082.44 in interest payments.
Earl and his wife signed a 30-year mortgage for the house at 1057 Cooper’s Run on Aug. 8, 2006, the court documents show. Deutsche Bank National Trust, on behalf of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., filed the suit.
