First cold, then snow — get ready
Almost exactly a year after last year’s huge snowstorm,
The winter storm watch, in effect through Tuesday night, predicts a 90 percent chance of snow at some point tonight or tomorrow and is expected to result in four to eight inches, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures will remain low, according to the weather service, with wind chill between four and eight degrees below zero and winds at about 10 mph.
