Simply click on the words “Zap2it TV listings,” then click on “Register” at the top of the page that pops up. You’ll be asked to provide your e-mail address, a password, a zip code, your gender and your age.

Then you can set your preferences for a customized programming grid, including local broadcast channels and national cable channels.

There’s more information available in the listings than we can possibly summarize here, but we offer just this example: If you’re a “Seinfeld” fan, you can find not just the episode airing tonight at 7:30 on WJW-Channel 8 (Fox), “The Kiss Hello,” but all the other episodes scheduled on WJW and TBS for days on end.

As we count the episodes, you can watch Jerry and his crew 43 times between 7:30 p.m. today and 5:30 p.m. March 6. Not that there would be anything wrong with that.
