Stephanie Sinclair, 26, of Westlake, a beloved daughter, sister and friend, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday night, March 11, 2008, after a lifelong battle with muscular dystrophy.

Though weak in body, she was strong in spirit with a smile that touched the hearts of everyone she met. Her face glowed with the love of Jesus and her eyes sparkled with a warmth we will cherish forever.

Stephanie lived an exciting life. She spent much of her childhood in Hawaii and served as an MDA goodwill ambassador for two years. Stephanie spent the last four years in Ohio where she was an active member of Northridge Christian Life Church and continued to share her faith. The way she lived her life was an inspiration to us all. God bless you Steph, and well done. We’ll miss you.

Survivors include her parents, Dennis and Judith (nee Gordon) of Avon; brothers, Brian of Elyria, Kevin (Karen) of Canonsburg, Pa.; nephew, Ryan; maternal grandmother, Joan Gordon of Beaver, Pa.; and paternal grandfather, Alvin Sinclair of Beaver.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Donald Gordon; and paternal grandmother, Veva Sinclair.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2008, at Northridge Christian Life Church, 8877 Avon Belden Road, North Ridgeville. The Rev. William Falk, pastor, will officiate.

Donations may be made in Stephanie’s memory to Northridge Christian Life Church.

Arrangements by David Bogner Family Funeral Home, North Ridgeville.
