Elyria police

Monday, April 14

6:30 a.m. – 300 block Tuscarawas St., a wallet containing $215 was stolen from a truck.

7 a.m. – 300 block Lowell St., truck window smashed.

9:44 a.m. – Lake Avenue and Gateway Boulevard, a woman said a man threatened to beat her up.

11 a.m. – Willie’s Used Furniture, West River Road, a window was broken by paintballs.

1:06 p.m. – 700 block Infirmary Road, a $500 tool was stolen from a van.

2:57 p.m. – 200 block Stoney Brook Drive, three televisions and a laptop stolen.

4:05 p.m. – Cascade Park, Kristopher M. Quintero, 19, Lorain, charged with obstructing official business.

5 p.m. – Pet Supplies Plus, Market Drive, Karin Shulin, 45, Avon, charged with theft.

6:30 p.m. – 300 block Eighth St., a man said his girlfriend hit him in the forehead.

10 p.m. – 100 block Park Meadow Drive, a woman said an ex-boyfriend has been following her and harassing her at work.

11 p.m. – 100 block Tedman Court, a woman said someone trashed her apartment, smoked marijuana there and stole her birth certificate and Social Security card.

Tuesday, April 15

6:18 a.m. – 400 block Ninth St., radio stolen from truck.

8:09 a.m. – 200 block Bond St., a crossing guard said someone smashed her car window.

Saturday, April 12

1:40 p.m. – 24700 block Sprague Road, Columbia Twp., a woman said her ex-husband called her several times and left threatening messages.

Sunday, April 13

5:50 a.m. – 36700 block Neff Road, Grafton Twp., domestic dispute.

Monday, April 14

11:10 p.m. – 10000 block East River Road, Carlisle Twp., Samantha Taylor, 40, Elyria, charged with aggravated menacing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Dominic Mason, 21, Carlisle Twp., charged with domestic violence and disrupting public service.
