Kidnapping is fake Amber Alert

It appears a false Amber Alert is popping up on phones across the country.
The text message we got here reads, "AMBER ALERT! 2 little girls kidnapped around noon. Suspect is driving brown jeep liberty. License plate Ohio #436519 PLEASE FORWARD."
