A man sat in his darkened garage Saturday night waiting to see whether the thief would return.
A thief did turn up, but whether it was the same person who had been breaking into the 35-year-old man’s garage is anyone’s guess.
Still, when the resident of a home on the 3500 block of Dayton Ave. in Lorain saw a young man go behind his garage, sit on his picnic table and start going through a purse, he knew something was up, so he apprehended the 18-year-old and called police, according to a police report.
Justin Hensley, of the 1900 block of Meister Road, was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.
