Monday, May 26

6:52 p.m. – 800 block Arlington Court, 16-year-old boy cited with criminal damage and unruliness.

10:30 p.m. – 100 block Woodridge Drive, Leah Bowman, 20, Lorain, charged with obstructing official business, permitting an unlicensed person to drive, drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Brian Burton, 23, Elyria, charged with obstructing official business, DUI, driving under suspension, speeding and no seat belt.

11:30 p.m. – 100 block Alexander Drive, a man said he was awoken by someone banging on his door. The intruder broke a screen door.

11:30 p.m. – 1400 block Garford Drive, laptop computer and planner stolen from car.

4:10 p.m. – 5300 block Liberty Ave., Sheffield Twp., smashed kitchen window.

Tuesday, May 20

6:29 a.m. – Reed’s Auto Salvage, Royalton Road, Eaton Twp., $10 in cash and a small safe stolen.

Wednesday, May 21

6:59 a.m. – Firelands High School, Vermilion Road, Henrietta Twp., a bomb threat was called in to the high school overnight, but a search revealed the building was safe.

Thursday, May 22

2:50 p.m. – 500 block Fieldstone Drive, Amherst Twp., burglary.

Friday, May 23

3:02 p.m. – Dollar General, Sheffield Center, Sheffield Twp., Matthew Cruz, 35, Lorain, charged with theft. Shirley Harkless, 40, Lorain, charged with theft.

Saturday, May 24

12:26 a.m. – Oberlin-Elyria Road, Carlisle Twp., Leslie Warner, 39, Carlisle Twp., charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication, failure to ride on the right side of the roadway and required safety equipment. Deputies said he was riding a bicycle while drunk.

9:30 a.m. – 40800 block Biggs Road, LaGrange Twp., gas cans and mower stolen.

Sunday, May 25

10:30 a.m. – 43600 block Peck Wadsworth Road, Wellington Twp., criminal damaging.

11 a.m. – 19900 block Whitehead Road, Penfield Twp., windshield smashed.

5:16 p.m. – State Route 57 near state Route 254, Sheffield Twp., a 14-year-old boy was cited with receiving stolen property, marked lanes, no seat belt and no driver’s license. Deputies said he was driving a stolen car and tried to pull over and run.

8:15 p.m. – 1600 block Squire St., Sheffield Twp., domestic dispute.

Monday, May 26

1:30 a.m. – Findlay State Park, Huntington Twp., reported rape.
