Christopher S. "C-Tae" Taylor, 19, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly Saturday June 14, 2008 in Los Angeles California, where he lived for the passed ten months.  He was born in Montclair, California spending most of his life in Elyria.
He attended Elyria High School and was a graduate of Amherst High School class of 2007. He enjoyed music, basketball and was an avid sports fan.
Christopher will be sadly missed by his father, Terry Taylor of Elyria;  mother, Angel Taylor of Los Angeles; sister, Mya Taylor of Elyria; brothers, Terrell and Andrew Taylor, both of Elyria and Brandon and Matthew Chong, both of Los Angeles; paternal grandparents, Manson and Mae King, both of Lorain, and Theren and Sandra Taylor of Pomona California; maternal grandparents, Diana Montoya of Los Angeles; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ernest Montoya.
Friends may call Tuesday, June 24, 2008 from 6 to 8 P.M. in the Church of Christ, 1101 Lake Ave. Elyria, where services will be Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 12 Noon. Minister Courtney Correthers will officiate. Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria. Arrangements entrusted to Carter Funeral Homes, 127 W. Bridge St. Elyria 440-322-7788.
