CINCINNATI (AP) — A federal judge says he plans to approve the government’s request that a distributor of a male sexual enhancement product forfeit more than $500 million in revenue.

U.S. District Judge S. Arthur Spiegel filed a preliminary order approving the forfeiture against Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals of suburban Cincinnati.

The final order could come when company president Steve Warshak is sentenced next month.

Warshak and other executives were convicted in February of defrauding customers and banks.

Spiegel’s order issued Wednesday says fraud and money laundering tainted almost every dollar the company earned over several years.

Berkeley sells several herbal supplements but is best known for the pill Enzyte and its TV ads featuring a grinning character known as “Smiling Bob.”
