OBETZ, Ohio (AP) — Police in central Ohio say a man placed several hidden cameras around his home to record teenagers as they changed before swimming in his backyard pool.

Upper Arlington police detectives searched the home of Daniel Fowler on Wednesday. Police say they’ve identified at least one person who appeared in videos found in the home.

Fowler is facing charges of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material.

An undercover Upper Arlington police officer who is also a member of the Federal Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force began tracking Fowler several months ago. Police say the investigation began when Fowler’s computer IP address showed he was downloading child pornography.
