Driver drags Ohio trooper along road
TROTWOOD, Ohio (AP) — The State Highway Patrol says an uncooperative driver grabbed a trooper by the arm in a Dayton suburb and dragged the officer through the road before he was able to free himself.

Bernard says the trooper pulled the car over in Trotwood for speeding on Tuesday and approached the driver’s side of the car on foot. He says the driver grabbed the trooper by the arm and started to drive away, pulling him alongside the car. Bernard says the trooper pulled loose from the driver’s grasp after about 150 feet, and the car sped away.
