George J. "Shires" Kress, 89, of Lorain, died on Saturday, November 15, 2008, at Community Health Partners HSC-West, after a brief illness. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced tomorrow. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, is handling arrangements.
