Avon Lake snagged the most special honors in the Lorain County Soccer Coaches Association awards for the past season.
In Division I,  Trisha Wladecki was girls player of the year and Kiko Lopez the top girls coach, while Nick Siko was the boys player of the year.
Avon, Firelands and Lake Ridge were all double winners.
For Avon, Chris Dore was named co-coach of the year in Division II boys, while Tony DiMacchia was coach of the year in Girls Division II.
Firelands’ Rachael Melendedez was the girsl Division II top player and Kenny Searight was a co-coach of the year for the Division II boys.
For Lake Ridge, Adam Severs was the top player and Ryan MacRaild the top coach in Division III boys.
