Saturday, Aug. 29
10 p.m. — North Center Street, Leo Tillman, 35, Lorain, charged with driving under suspension, no operator’s license and failure to signal.
10:40 p.m. — 160 block Parklane, a resident complained of a loud noise coming from the driveway where it was determined people were sitting around a fire pit and others were chopping wood.

Sunday, Aug. 30
11:25 p.m. —South Center Street, a caller advised that he thought a motorist was driving under the influence, but when the officer pulled him over, the man had not been drinking, but admitted he was very tired.

Monday, Aug. 31
2:30 a.m. — North Center Street, IGA, two 17-year-old boys were seen skateboarding. They were advised they were breaking curfew and their parents were contacted.

Thursday, Aug. 27
6:01 p.m. — Glendalough, a man was seen wearing dark blue jeans sitting on a cable box smoking and talking on his cell phone. Officers arrived and the man told them he was waiting there for his girlfriend because her parents do not approve of their relationship.
8:49 p.m. — 1000 block Main St., complaint about an open burn, but the residents were roasting hot dogs.
9:37 p.m. — 700 block Erie, complaint of a fire burning. Officers told the man to “put it out or get some hot dogs.”

Saturday, Aug. 29
12:27 p.m. — Grafton police station, a woman arrived at the police station to see if anyone had turned in her sleeping bag. She had been camping and it fell off from the top of the vehicle she was in.

Sunday, Aug. 30
12:41 a.m. — Main Street, Sparkle parking lot, a man was sleeping in the parking lot. He was walking home from a party and he said his mother was on her way to pick him up.

Wednesday, Sept. 2
2:30 p.m. — Willow Park, profanity written on playground equipment.
