Monday, Sept. 21
9:26 a.m. – 500 block Washington Ave., driver’s window of vehicle smashed.
10:51 a.m. – 4700 block Palm Ave., garage spray painted with gang graffiti.
10:55 a.m. – 2300 block E. 34th St., GPS unit stolen from vehicle.
10:57 a.m. – 900 block Broadway, window of vehicle smashed.
11:55 a.m. – 3500 block Clifton Ave., report of chickens in a residential neighborhood.

County sheriff

Monday, Sept. 14
9:29 p.m. – A woman brought her 3-year-old daughter to the sheriff’s office to report the child had been sexually molested by a 24-year-old LaGrange Township man while the child spent the day with her godmother. A deputy’s report indicates a physical exam of the child by the Nord Center revealed injuries consistent what the child reported to her mother. The case is under investigation.

Wednesday, Sept. 16
3:39 p.m. – 42700 block North Ridge Road, vehicle broken into.

Saturday, Sept. 19
12:59 a.m. – 4800 block Broadway, Sheffield Township, Michael Collett, 27, Lorain, charged with theft of beer from Circle K.
4:57 a.m. – 49200 block North Ridge Road, residence broken into.

Sunday, Sept. 20
12 p.m. – Quarry Road and state Route 511, Casey Dellisanti, 34, Oberlin, charged with receiving stolen property.
