A headline and a story Monday misidentified the status of a business located on some property on state Route 18 that is being considered as a site for a new Wellington Township town hall. The property is owned by K&L Excavation, and if it sells, the business, which remains in operation, will relocate.

The cost of a levy for the Grafton-Midview Public Library will be $3.83 per month for the owner of a $100,000 home. The information was incorrect in Tuesday’s special election section.

The Lake Ridge Academy girls soccer team defeated Firelands 1-0 Thursday to win its first-ever district title. Due to an editor’s error, the wrong team was listed in the headline and in a refer to the story on the front sports page in Friday’s edition.

Oberlin defeated Clearview 19-13 in football in 2000. In the weekly football capsules in Thursday’s edition, it was reported that Oberlin had not defeated Clearview since 1996.
