• A photo caption on Friday’s front page incorrectly identified the school where a ceremony was held in honor of Lance Cpl. David Hall, a Lorain native. The ceremony was held at Whittier Arts Academy.
• The formal name of the dogs that attacked veterinarian Lisa Fox Wright are Cane Corsos, although they oftentimes are referred to by the name published Wednesday and Thursday in The Chronicle: Kane Corsos.
• Helena Hart, who organized a thank-you notes to veterans campaign and who was featured in a Veterans Day ceremony Wednesday at VFW Post 1079, attends Prospect Elementary School in Elyria.
