42 taxpayers from Lorain County have not received a check from the IRS. A headline in Tuesday’s Chronicle-Telegram was incorrect.
Monday’s Almanac provided by the Associated Press included an incorrect description of Today’s Number, 382.74. That’s where the Dow Jones Industrial Average finished on Nov. 23, 1954, the first time it had closed above its pre-crash high of 1929.
