Sunday, Nov. 8
9:06 p.m. – North Center Street, Justin Mayne, 21, Wellington, charged with refusing to take a blood-alcohol test and operation without reasonable control.
Thursday, Nov. 12
3:40 a.m. – IGA, a 15-year-old boy was charged with theft and underage possession of alcohol.
Thursday, Nov. 19
6:30 p.m. – Robinson Drive, report of a possible burglary in progress. When officers arrived, they learned the two men were subcontractors working on drywall at the location.
Saturday, Nov. 21
12:20 a.m. – 500 block E. Main St., a resident reported that their sons were unable to exit a vehicle due to an aggressive dog on the property.
1:05 a.m. – 300 block Opportunity Way, someone smelled smoke where it was determined to be burnt popcorn.
7:45 p.m. – South Center Street, Tracy Williams-Reiman, 41, Avon Lake, charged with DUI and prohibited alcohol concentration.

9:15 p.m. – Our Lady Queen of Peace requested extra patrol because an intoxicated man has been loitering around the church grounds.
Saturday, Nov. 21
2:28 a.m. – Grafton Correctional Facility, report of cattle escaping through a hole in the fence and they were attempting to herd them back inside the fence.
Sunday, Nov. 22
1:41 p.m. – 1000 block Water St., a woman reported someone had put sugar in her gasoline tank and she wanted it to be fingerprinted.
