10:45 a.m. – 4500 block Midway Mall, Alfredo Pimentel III, 45, of Lorain, charged with felony theft, accused of shoplifting five bottles of cologne and a comforter, total value of $507, from J.C. Penney.
Lorain police
Friday, Dec. 11
1:09 p.m. – 2900 block Cromwell Drive, Jonathan Kitchen, 28, of Lorain charged with domestic violence.
6:23 p.m. – 2300 block Packard Drive, Jeffrey Anderson, 19, of Lorain charged with domestic violence.
Saturday, Dec. 12
2:27 a.m. – 1500 block E. 29th St., Vivian Velazquez, 26, of Lorain charged with disorderly conduct persisting, disorderly conduct by intoxication and disturbing the peace.
1:14 p.m. – 900 block G St., car window smashed.
3:26 p.m. – 2200 block Larkmoor St., Brian Fazio, 28, Richard Barnett III, 22, Craig Jordan, 22, all of Lorain charged with obstructing official business. Fazio was also wanted for a parole violation in Florida with the original charge of burglary, an active contempt of court in Lorain with the original charge of domestic violence and an active contempt of court in Elyria with the original charge of assault.
7:35 p.m. – 2000 block Randall Ave., car window shot out with BB gun as it was driving on street. Fifteen-year-old male admitted responsibility, mother agreed to pay for damages and requested police remove two BB guns from residence. No charges filed.
8:49 p.m. – 3000 block Fulmer Road, Shawn Walton-Kirkendoll, 18, of Elyria, charged with failure to control and obstructing official business, accused of lying about a hit-skip accident that was actually a one-car accident.
Sunday, Dec. 13
2:45 a.m. – 3700 block Pearl Ave., Ashley Wilson, 26, of Lorain, charged with hours of sale or consumption violation at Pearl Gate Bar.
County sheriff
Sunday, Nov. 1
9:41 p.m. – 40 block Main Drive, Amherst Township, car went off road, striking house trailer, shifting it about 3 feet off its frame. Car fled scene.
